Charles Edward Dziatkiewicz was born on December 2, 1949 in Milwaukee, WI to Edward F. and Audrey nee (Rogowski) Dziatkiewicz. He grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from high school there.

He was a Christian. He was of many dominations and was one to never judge different beliefs.

Chuck served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971. He then served with the Navy from 1976 to 1978. He was honorably discharged from both services and was proud to have served his country especially during a turbulent time in our history.

Wyoming was his place. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting were his life. He had lived in Alaska for a time but it was Wyoming that was his home and especially Dubois. He was at home in the mountains and enjoyed it greatly. He had a great sense of humor and went by the nickname of “Alphabet” with a smile.
