Robert Vroman, 36, of Riverton died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. Services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013, at 10:00 am at Davis Funeral Home. Officiating by Rev. Dale Gibson of Shoshoni. Interment will be at the Lake View Cemetery in Shoshoni.

Robert Harry Vroman, III was born on September 8, 1976 in Thermopolis, WY to Robert Harry Vroman, Jr. and Roberta Vroman (King). He lived in Fremont County while growing up and graduated from Wind River High School. After graduation, he lived in Alaska for twelve years before returning to Fremont County.

He attended the First Baptist Church of Shoshoni and was baptized in Boysen Lake.

He worked for the last five years at Hi Mountain Seasoning during the day as an account executive and for Wal-Mart at night. He was a dedicated employee with a great work ethic.

His family said that he enjoyed music, fishing in Alaska, movies, games at the casino, and he liked to eat. Above all, he loved his family, all his nieces and nephews, and was always happy. Spending time with his nieces and nephews was his greatest enjoyment, Jaden Vroman, Dacey Mae Vroman, Jordan Vroman, Keeley Carpenter, Peter Raby, Eli Raby, Paetra Vroman and Kira Vroman. Robert and his nephew Peter had a very close bonding with each other. He always managed to share his time and good sense of humor with his second family, Hans and Kim Hummel and the rest of his second family at Hi-Mountain Seasonings.

He is survived by his mother, Roberta (Mike) King; his dad, Robert (Patricia) Vroman, Jr. of Salcha, AK; his grandparents, Bill and Phyllis Clark, of Glenrock; his grandmother, Mardel Vroman of Shoshoni; his brother, Micah (Autumn) Vroman of Casper; his sisters, Penny Vroman of Boerne, TX and Brandy (Ken) Raby of Salcha, AK; and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Harry Vroman, Sr. and his uncles, Frank Vroman and Pete Clark, and aunt Debbie Woodward.

Memorials may be made to the Autism Foundation in care of Davis Funeral Home.
