Michele Jenkins, 48, of St.Stephen’s, died on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. A rosary and wake will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at Great Plains Hall starting at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at Great Plains Hall at 10:00 am, with Father Phil Wagoner, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Stephen’s Catholic Cemetery.

Michele Rose Jenkins was born in Riverton, WY on August 29, 1966 to Lydia Mary Modesta Jenkins and Rupert Goggles. She was raised on the Wind River Reservation and attended St. Stephen’s Indian School.

She was of the Catholic faith.

She worked as a housekeeper.

She enjoyed beading, driving around sight seeing, going to the casino, texting, and cooking. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
