Willard Glenn Fullmer, 66, of Riverton, Wyoming passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming. His family was beside him at the time of passing.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Mountain View Cemetery.
Glenn was born on May 15, 1959 in Greybull, Wyoming to Alvin Willard Fullmer and Barbara Aletha Clapp Fullmer. He attended grade school through 6th grade in Riverton at Jackson Elemetary. He then went to school in San Bernadino, California before returning to Riverton where he graduated high school from Riverton High School with the class of 1978.
He married his only wife, Pilar Grabe on July 3, 1980. From this union a son, Aaron Robert Fullmer was born. They later separated.
Glenn spent his life painting cars, installing windshields, conducting smog checks, he pretty much spent most of his working life as a “car guy.”
He is survived by his son, Aaron Fullmer; two brothers, James Fullmer of California and Tim Thornburg of Pavillion; two half-brothers, Steven Fullmer and Eddie Fullmer; one half-sister, Kiane Fullmer; niece Candace Fullmer of California, Sammi Anderson of Riverton, and Jamie Johnson of Shoshoni; two aunts, Leona Luoma of Riverton and Darlene Keller of San Diego, California; numerous cousins across the United States; and two “daughters” he helped raise, April and Allison Knapp.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Willard Fullmer; mother, Barbara (Clapp) Thornburg; step-father, George Thornburg; aunt, Beverly Barrett; uncles, Donald Clapp and Jack Luoma; and his high school sweetheart, Lynette Ortiz.
