With hearts heavy yet full of profound love and reverence, we honor the life of Ruth “Ruthie” Torres—a truly extraordinary woman whose radiant spirit illuminated every soul she encountered. Ruthie was a rare and precious soul, pure gold in human form, whose readiness to give and serve was boundless. Her strength and resilience were awe-inspiring; she faced every challenge with fierce determination, never accepting defeat, embodying the true essence of a warrior with unwavering courage.

Her faith in the Lord was the unshakable foundation of her life, a guiding light that carried her through every joy and trial with grace and deep devotion. She treasured her beloved husband Rodolfo, the love of her life, a steadfast partner whose love and dedication were a testament to their beautiful bond. Her three cherished children—Jessica, Junior, and Graciela—were the heartbeat of her existence, while her grandchildren, Jazmin Aranda, Alonso Aranda Santiago Torres, Ariana Torres, Gizel Corral, Julian Corral, Yaziel Juarez, Layla Foose Torres and Yaretzi Juarez filled her life with immeasurable joy, completing her world in the most perfect way.

Ruthie’s worship was a vivid expression of her vibrant soul, joyfully playing the tambourine in church, a symbol of her deep connection to her faith and community. She delighted in life’s simple treasures—tending her garden, swimming, and embracing the outdoors with the boundless enthusiasm of her inner child, whether roller skating or riding scooters. Her radiant smile, a beacon of warmth and kindness, touched everyone who knew her and will forever remain etched in our hearts.

She leaves behind an enduring legacy of love, strength, and faith that will inspire all who were blessed to know her. Though she has departed from this world, her spirit lives on—resting in eternal peace, forever embraced by the boundless love she so generously shared.

2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Ruthie ran her race with strength and grace, finishing it well. Now, it’s our turn to finish our race, holding fast to our faith, so that one day we will be reunited with her in eternal glory.. Until we meet again.
