Margaret A. "Margie" Brunelle-Udell of Mandan, N.D., died at Riverton Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning, July 31, 2011. She was 73.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
Margaret Ann Brunelle was born in Mandan, N.D., on May 13, 1938, the daughter of Thomas and Clara (Fracasse) Brunelle. She graduated from Mandan High School in 1956.
She married Terry N. Udell on Oct. 19, 1957, in Bismarck, N.D., and had lived in North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.
Mrs. Brunelle-Udell was a sales clerk, working in retail and the grocery business. She worked at J.C. Penney's in Riverton for several years and had retired from Safeway prior to relocating to her hometown of Mandan, N.D., in 1998.
She was of the Catholic faith.
She was a member of the Fraternal Eagles Lodge in Riverton.
Her family said Mrs. Brunelle-Udell enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, needlework, and recently making caps and gloves for classrooms of children.
Survivors include her son, Terry T. Udell of Riverton; daughter, Tammy M. Ridgley of Riverton; grandchildren, Shannon Jacobs, Eric Udell, Troy Udell, and Shawn Udell; two great grandchildren, Damion Jacobs and Ashton Jacobs.
She was preceded in death by her parents and numerous siblings.
