Michael Eugene Gasser, 58 of Midland, TX passed away on Saturday, January 28,2012.
Michael was born on March 30, 1953 in Riverton, WY to Eugene and Mary (Cram) Gasser. He was a caring man with a very large and very warm heart. He loved to play golf and spend time with his family. Michael graduated from Midwest High School in 1971 and from Central Wyoming College in 1973. Mike worked for the FBI in Annapolis, MD and the Wyoming Highway Patrol after graduation. He held various jobs in the oil field throughout his lifetime, most recently at West Texas Plastics as an equipment operator.
Michael was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Eugene Gasser, Sr. and Clara Gasser; and his maternal grandparents, John and Frances Cram; and brother, Timothy John Gasser.
Survivors include: his parents, Eugene and Mary Gasser of Midland, TX; brothers, Gary and his wife, Tina of Casper, WY; Danny and his wife Lacy of Midland, TX; Ron and his wife Christe of Greenwood, TX; Rick and his wife Kim of Midland, TX; sisters, Jeannie and her husband Tim Kohn of Midland, TX; Penney and her husband Dave Parker of Midland, TX. Also left to cherish his memory are many nieces and nephews.
The rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Midland, TX. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Midland, TX. At 10:00am on Wednesday, February 1, 2102.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 1:00pm MST at the Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton, WY.
