Ina M. Johnson, 82, died at her home in Riverton on Monday morning, March 19, 2012 with family.
Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date with inurnment at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton.
Ina May Schroeder was born in Lander on Oct. 1, 1929, the daughter of Joseph and Florence (Allen) Schroeder. She grew up in Hudson and lived most of her adult life in Riverton.
Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker, having married Stacey Johnson in 1952.
Her family said she enjoyed reading, crocheting, and being with her family.
Survivors include daughters, Sandra Roden and her fiancée Steve Kutzer of Riverton, and Carol Chalfant and her husband Richard of Utah; six grandchildren, Brian Roden and son Brodie, Lisa and Joe Vasco and children Isabel and Tommy, Kelly, Cathy, Amy, and Sheila Chalfant; 13 great grandchildren; a special niece, Janice Springer; a sister, Jo Clark and her husband Ray of Montana, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband,and a brother Jerry Schroeder.
