Clark Trumbull III, 46, died at Riverton Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, April 4, 2012.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, at St. Stephen's Catholic Church with the Rev. Father John Gaffney officiating. Burial will be in the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.
Rosary is at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 9, at Great Plains Hall on the Wind River Reservation with a wake following at 428 Little Wind River Bottom Road.
Clark Trumbull III was born in Riverton on Aug. 31, 1965, the son of Clark Trumbull, Jr., and Molly (Potter) Trumbull. His Indian name was Niiceteen'nox, meaning Blue Moccasin. He attended the Arapahoe School, Riverton High School, and studied carpentry at Central Wyoming College.
Mr. Trumbull worked in construction as a laborer.
He was of the Catholic faith.
His family said Mr. Trumbull enjoyed listening to music, playing bingo, walking, singing, and spending time with his family, grandkids and friends.
Survivors include his daughters, Tianna Trumbull and Tyla Trumbull; sons, Horace SunRhodes and Jon C’Hair; grandchildren, Clark SunRhodes, Ariaha Addison, Randy Addison, Jason Quiver, Bria Smith, and William Smith; brothers, Mick Spoonhunter, Chick Spoonhunter, Stan Trumbull, Cory SunRhodes; sisters, Claudean Trumbull, Katherine Trumbull, Carol Trumbull, Darlene Brown, Clark and Mollie Trumbull; nephew, Shawn R. SunRhodes; x-wife, Vonda Crispin; the families of C'Bearing, Potter, Goggles, Whiteman, Brown, Spoonhunter, Trumbull and Arneach.
Preceded in death by his parents Clark and Molly Trumbull; daughter, Karen Ann Trumbull; son Saul T. SunRhodes; brothers Lory Spoonhunter, Dwight Morry Spoonhunter, Cory SunRhodes, and Levi Trumbull; sister Karen Ann Trumbull; nephew Shawn R. SunRhodes.
