Funeral services for Leona Sinner Anderson of Riverton will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 16, at the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton.
There will be a viewing from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 15, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Anderson died Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. She was 84 years old.
Leona Sinner was born on April 21, 1922, in Greeley, Colo., the daughter of Dave and Katherine (Heberlein) Sinner.
She moved to Wyoming with her family when she was one year old, living at Arapahoe and attended Arapahoe and Riverton schools. She was graduated from Riverton High School with the Class of 1940. Following graduation, she attended Denver Business College.
On Sept. 13, 1942, she married Clarence Franklin Anderson at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Riverton.
Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker.
She attended the United Methodist Church of Riverton.
Mrs. Anderson was a founding member of the Little Cowpokes Rodeo, and belonged to the Auxiliary of the Veterans for Foreign Wars, Rebekah Lodge., and Fellowship of Christian Cowboys.
Her family said she enjoyed frequent get-togethers with the "Coffee Klatch Klan." They said she was a fan of the Colorado Rockies, loved watching her grandchildren in sporting events, flowers, camping and fishing with family, and had "grandma" relationship with many local children.
Survivors include her children, Don Anderson and wife Chris of Riverton, and Linda Kay Nelson and husband Brad of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Tina Frullo and husband Pete of Rock Springs, Troy Anderson and wife Emily of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Tami Petty of Cheyenne, Blaine Nelson of Laramie, and Bradi Coe Nelson of Cheyenne; great grandchildren, Briana and Kelli Frullo, Kayle and Joey Petty; brothers, Ruben Sinner of Riverton, Harold Sinner and wife Caroletta, and Leroy Sinner and wife Karen, all of Riverton.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Clarence F. Anderson on Oct. 10, 1993; her parents, and a sister, Pauline Pearson.
Services are under the direction of the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
