Donna Hill, 78 of Riverton, died at her home on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
Donna Marie Merrill was born on May 8, 1934 in Vernal UT to Newell Knight and Lillie Merle (Marshall) Merrill. She was one of eight children. She grew up in Utah and lived there until eight years ago when she moved to Riverton, WY.
She married Vern Hill on July 23, 1993 in Sandy, UT.
She worked for several different companies including Slumber J and C. R. England as a payroll clerk.
Her family said that she enjoyed her family and reading.
She was an active member of the Intermountain Cadillac Club.
She is survived by her husband, Vern of Riverton; her son, Rod Hill of Bountiful, UT; her daughters, Kim (Brent) Galles of Riverton and Dayna (Greg) Naab of Alpine, WY; her brothers, Ron (Lenette) Merrill of Syracuse, UT and Dwyane (Vicky) Merrill of Vernal, UT; and 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Mark Lyman; and five siblings, Richard, Dallas, Marva Rae, Orva Mae and Ruby.
