Tami Wocicki, 49, of Lander died at Wyoming Life Resource Center on Saturday, July 6, 2013. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 2:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home. Pastor Justin Vold will officiate.
Tami Danette Wocicki was born on January 2, 1964 in Newcastle, WY to Gene A Wocicki and Judy N Bates. She lived in Newcastle, Gillette, and when she was 7 moved to Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander.
She was baptized into the Methodist faith and attended church services at the Wyoming Life Resource Center.
Her family said that she loved animals, interacting with people, movies, TV, swimming, watching football games and listening to music. Her special program on TV was the Animal Planet.
She is survived by her parents, Gene Wocicki and Judy Bates of Riverton; her brothers, Steve Wocicki of Riverton and Scot (Frances) Wocicki of Berkeley, CA; her uncle, Billy Bates of Laughlin, NV; her aunts, Arlene (Ed) Rapp of Lusk and Linda (Lee) Elliott of Newcastle; her niece, Amanda and her nephew, Shane; and all of her family and friends at the Wyoming Life Resource Center.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bing and Rubyjean Bates and Felix and Bernice Wocicki; and her uncle, Gary Wocicki.
