Funeral services for Howard Asa Addison, Jr., 40, will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Arapaho Catholic Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m., Monday, at Great Plains Hall.

He died March 11, 2015 in Casper, Wyoming.

Howard was born August 12, 1974 in Riverton son of Howard Asa Addison, Sr. and Audrelia (Quiver) Addison.

He attended St. Stephens High School and Central Wyoming College majoring in Business Management.

Mr. Addison served in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 until 1996 serving at Camp Pendelton, CA. He received his Rifle Sharpshooter Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Meritorious Mast (2 awards) and the President’s Honor Roll twice.

He worked for the Northern Arapaho Nation Dept. of Social Services as an Accounts Payable Technician. Howard also worked at eh Central Wyoming College as a Library Assistant and Fremont County Alcohol Crisis Center as a Detox Technician.

Howard was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed watching sports, reading, crossword puzzles and watching t.v. His family says that Howard was a very hard worker.

Survivors include his daughter, Asia Addison; mother, Audrelia Addison and step-dad, Carl Sleeper; companion, Tonya Moss; grandparents, Delane Tidzump Gould, Ruben Jenkins, Wayne Brown, Flossie Brown, Eva Brown, and Lorraine Addison; brother, Joshua Addison; sisters, Dawn Addison, (companion, Lloyd Moss), Brittney Sleeper (companion, Seth Blackbrun) and Desiree Addison (companion, Steven Isis); aunts, Catherine Shakespeare, Elizabeth Quiver, Myrtle, Polly Redfield, Mary Arthur, and Ava Headly; uncles, Herman Quiver, Anthony Addison, Sr., Raymond Addison, Sr., and Chester Addison, Sr.; nieces, Thomasine Morado, Sioux Ana Morado, Jess Addison, and Lainey Addison; nephew, Jalen C’Hair and Trey Shaun Sleeper; and the Quiver, Addison, Yellowplume, Oldman, Jenkins and Brown families.

Mr. Addison was preceded in death by his father, Howard Asa Addison, Sr; grandparent, Rosaline B. Addison, Raymond Addison, Sr., Albert G Quiver, Dorothy Myra Brown, George Quiver, Alberta Quiver, Bessie Tidzump; uncles and aunts, Francis Addison, Sr., Thomas Addison, Sr., Floyd Addison, Linda Coley Addison, Sherman Quiver, Sr., Roxanne Quiver, Nellie Oldman; cousins, Matthew Russell Oldman, Sr., Ernest Jenkins, Royce Killsontop, Marcus Oldman; and nephew, Keith Addison Dow,
