Funeral services for Rosie M. Dickinson, 78, will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015, at the United Baptist Church with Pastor Marshall Dean Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. A viewing will be held 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church on Saturday.
Mrs. Dickinson died on April 8, 2015 in Riverton, Wyoming.
She was born November 24, 1936, daughter of Johnny Thomas and Opal Irene (Alexander) Green.
Rosie was very active in her church, a volunteer at Sage West Auxiliary, a long-time Riverton Eagles Auxiliary member, as well as a member of the Riverton Art Guild. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include her sisters, Betty Escamilla and husband, Vince, Ivy Green; brothers, Raymond Green and Homer Green; her 5 children, Jeri McGrath and husband, Bruce, Vonda Huish, Melissa Carroll and husband, Dirk, Tony White and wife, Lisa, Felton White, 2 step-daughters, Kay Traylor and husband, Bill and Eileen Parker and husband, Gary; grandchildren, Brian McGrath and his wife, Jamie, Melissa McGrath, Rachel Coons and husband, Zac, Andrew Carroll and wife, Melinda, Scott Parker, Tim Parker, William Traylor, Kyle White and Chloe White; great grandchildren, Brandon McGrath, Micah Swann-Carroll, Justin McGrath, Cheyanne Swann-Carroll, Evan Coons, and Emma Coons and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Dickinson, Jr. and her parents, Opal and Johnny Green, brothers, John Green and Willie Green.
