A Rosary and funeral services for Robert Ybarra, Jr., 47, will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2015 at Davis Funeral Home with Father Macklin Eckley of St. Margaret’s Catholic Church officiating. Cremation will follow services. A visitation will be held 4:00 until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, May 17th at Davis Funeral Home.
Robert died Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the University of Utah Hospital.
He was born July 29, 1967 in Galveston, TX, son of Robert Ybarra, Sr. and Gloria Salinas Meza. Robert was raised in Hargill, Texas. Then moved to Yakima, WA in 1987, then in 2004 moved to Riverton, WY.
His hobbies included fishing, music, and enjoying his 18 grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Ybarra of Riverton; mother, Gloria Meza and her husband, Felix; father, Robert Ybarra, Sr. and his wife, Celeste all of Texas; daughter, Irene and her husband, Simon Ybarra; son, Jeraldo Ybarra and Luis and his wife, Maria Tapia all of Yakima, WA; daughter, Ana and her husband, Jude Jenkins; sons, Robert and Mark Ybarra all of Riverton; 18 grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces; sister, Barbara and her husband, Manuel Torres from Texas; brother, Paul and his wife, Julie Ybarra from Riverton, brothers, Chris and Curtis Ybarra from Texas; father and mother-in-law, Arnulfo and Juana Zertuche; brother and sister-in-law, Arnie and Gina Zertuche; goods friends, Eloid and Vaughn and a lot of friends from Lovell, Wy.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and nephew, Paul E. Lopez and a brother-in-law.
