Graveside Services for lifelong Riverton resident, Robert “Bob” Harold Swingle, 57, will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2015 at Mountain View Cemetery with Pastor Doug Hill officiating. A viewing will be held 5-7 pm, Sunday, November 22nd at Davis Funeral Home.
Mr. Swingle died Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Help for Health Hospice Home in Riverton, WY.
He was born January 13, 1958 in Lander, WY, son of Harry W. and Shirley J. (Scovel) Swingle.
Bob grew up in Riverton and graduated from the Riverton High School.
Bob worked throughout the community in numerous retail fields, with the most current at Walmart for the past 11 years. He enjoyed his Walmart family. His family said he enjoyed joking with everyone.
Mr. Swingle loved camping, hunting and taking his great nephew 4-wheeling. Bob enjoyed being around his family, video games and wrestling kept him occupied at times as well.
Survivors include his brothers, Harry W. Swingle and Raymond D. Nantt; sisters, Sharon Crowley, Brenda Swingle and Shelly Loper all of Riverton; numerous nieces, nephews and a great nephew, Colby Swingle, who he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Swingle, dad, Ray Nantt, mother, Shirley Nantt, sister, Boni Miller and grandma, Alice Clark.
