Amy Jo Moore Green, 49, the only daughter of Edward and Janet Moore, was born on October 4, 1966 in Rifle, CO.
She attended elementary school in Rangley, CO, then moved with her family to Big Piney, WY where she graduated from Big Piney High School in 1984. After graduation she attended and completed a certified business degree.
Amy loved Wyoming very much and spent the rest of her life enjoying the outdoor beauty and being with nature.
An April 11, 1992, she married Scott Green in Elko, NV. At this time she became a loving step mother to Ryan, Kolby, and Wacey Green, whom she cared for and loved as her own.
Together, Amy and Scott enjoyed their life and on July 8, 1999, their son, Jarrett Michael was born, followed by Kyler Wesley, born on July 23, 2001. She adored her sons and spent her life supporting them in all their activities, especially being a motocross mom and avid Nascar and Broncos fan. Amy loved her family very much, especially her older brother, Michael.
She is survived by her parents, Edward and Janet Moore; brother, Michael Moore; sons, Jarrett and Kyler Green; niece, Hannah Moore; uncles, Norlin Moore, Robert Carpenter; aunts, Edris Moore, Edna Dalton; five cousins, three step sons; her loving dog, Scooby; and her final loving companion, Jack Andrews of rural Riverton, WY.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Viola Moore and Robert and Violet Carpenter; and uncle, Richard Carpenter
She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and aunt. Amy had so many friends who loved her and her beautiful caring heart and smile.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016, 2:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home in Riverton, WY. A reception will follow at the Riverton Elks Lodge.
