Margaret “Darlene” Clark passed away on February 6, 2016 at the Help for Health Hospice Home in Riverton, WY. She had recently celebrated her 86th birthday with family and friends. Born on January 16, 1930 in Torrance, CA, she was the third daughter of Emma and James Brown.

Darlene and her late husband Charles T. Clark spent their golden years traveling all over the U.S. in their motorhome. Her goddaughter, Gabrielle, joined in many summer adventures. They enjoyed visiting many friends and family scattered throughout dozens of states as far east of Connecticut.

Darlene was an avid fisherman and loved spending long hours out on the lake trying to catch the elusive prize winning fish! She also had many hobbies over her life time but her passion was always crafting! She loved making and doing crafts of all kinds. She belonged to a Quilting Club and made numerous beautiful quilts, purses, tote bags, etc. for family and friends. Darlene also opened her own craft store while living in Bullhead, AZ.

Around 2000, Darlene and her husband left sunny California and moved to Riverton, WY to be closer to her dear friends, Frances and Ervin Clark, where she lived until the Lord called her home. Darlene attended Hillcrest Baptist Church in Riverton and was a member of Hudson Baptist Church in Hudson, WY.

Darlene was preceded in death by her sons, Jimmy and Donald.

She is survived by her son, David (Sherri) Jordan, granddaughters, Danielle (Evan) Hedrick and Holly Jordan, great granddaughter, Olivia and goddaughter, Gabrielle (Philip) Kerr.

A memorial service will be held on March 12, 2016, 2:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home in Riverton, WY. Immediately following the memorial, there will be a reception at Hillcrest Baptist Church.
