Lisa Hancock, 37, of Lander died Monday, June 13, 2016. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. No services are scheduled at this time.
Alysia Larhetta was born May 31, 1979 in Lander, Wyoming to Rocky Merrill and Mary Victoria Koestner. She was a lifelong Lander resident.
Her friends said she was an extremely loving and caring person. She was very sweet, super nice, smart, enjoyed helping people and was one of a kind. She enjoyed her animals, the outdoors, hiking, camping, and especially enjoyed visiting Grand Teton National Park. Lisa had also enjoyed painting, drawing, and attending Art Galleries in the past.
Lisa had been employed as a receptionist at Fremont Motors for the last 10 years.
She is survived by her boyfriend, Kevin Bennett of Lander; her mother, Mary of Oregon; grandmother, Mary A. Hancock of Lander; good friends, Joe and April Palma of Hudson and their son, - Lisa’s God son, J.W.; friends, Sue Booth, Ondrea Kilby, and Tammy Kilby; step-sister, LeAnn Hamilton.
She was preceded in death by her dad.
