Eric Inberg, 55, of Riverton died at his home on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. An open house will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Davis Funeral Home.
Eric Richard Inberg was born on August 9, 1961 in Riverton, WY to Richard Dale and Judith Elaine (Rush) Inberg. He grew up in Riverton with his brother and two sisters. He graduated from Riverton High School with the class of 1979. He went to the University of Wyoming where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
After graduation he returned to Riverton and worked as a professional Civil Engineer. He owned his own company, ERI Engineering, which was both a design and construction company. He built many roads in the Riverton area.
He grew up in the great outdoors of Wyoming and enjoyed every minute he could be outside. He loved going to Boysen Reservoir and catching Catfish some weighing 20 plus pounds and packing into the mountains on horses to the peace and quiet of the solitude. He also enjoyed a good game of poker.
He was always helping others no matter what their situation or what they needed. He had a very caring and giving personality.
He is survived by his parents, Dick and Judy Inberg; sisters, Mary Ellen Nelson and her husband, Tom, and Lee Ann Inberg-Schuff and her husband, Theo; and four nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kirk Inberg.
