Funeral services for Connie Lynn Day, 67, will be held 6:00 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Arapaho School. An additional funeral service will be held in Fox, Oklahoma, where interment will also take place at the Camp Family Cemetery. Memorial contribution may be made to the Disabled Veterans in care of Davis Funeral Home, 2203 West Main, Riverton, WY 82501.
Mrs. Day died on November 4, 2017 at her home in Riverton, Wyoming surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 16, 1950 in Duncan, Oklahoma, daughter of Clyde K. and Virginia R. (Camp) Kerns. Connie attended the S.W. State University in Weatherford, OK, the University of Oklahoma, Registered Play Therapist, and National Board of Certified Counselors. From 1974 until 2017, Connie worked as a therapist, counselor, mental health center director, child Psychologist and Play Therapist.
On December 14, 1993, Connie married Bruce Day in Billings, Montana.
Connie enjoyed spending time reading, gardening and walking.
Survivors include her husband, Bruce Day of Riverton; sister, Dana Kerns and her husband, Tim Julian of Yampa, CO and 2 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Zachary Robert Finch; sister, Carol Nell Chaney and her parents.
