Memorial services for Lauralee Ingwerson of Riverton will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 14, in the Special Care Unit of Wind River Healthcare in Riverton.
Cremation has taken place.
Mrs. Ingwerson died Monday morning, June 30, 2008, at Wind River Heathcare. She was 92.
Laura Leah Louise Collette was born in Wisconsin on Feb. 28, 1916, the daughter of Edward and Leah (St. John) Collette.
She married Lee Ingwerson in Illinois in March of 1959. She was a homemaker and farm wife, along with being a mother. Earlier, she had been a factory laborer.
The family had lived in the Riverton area for 45 years. Following Mr. Ingwerson's retirement they, with their poodles, traveled to many states before returning to Riverton.
Mrs. Ingwerson was a member of the Catholic faith.
Her family said she enjoyed her vegetable garden, with many people admiring her flower garden on Haymaker Road. She enjoyed looking for arrowheads and agates while at Morton. Mrs. Ingwerson raised goats, ducks, and chickens. In addition to her family and religion, her family said Mrs. Ingwerson loved her animals. Her grandchildren called her "Shorty."
Survivors include sons, Dave Rosendahl and his wife Lorene of Kinnear, Donald Rosendahl and his wife Patricia of Illinois, Leo Gene Rosendahl of Arkansas; grandsons, Deron Rosendahl and wife Sue of Illinois and J.J. Rosendahl and fiancée Desirae Jellis; granddaughters, Dana Bailey and her husband Mike W., Nola Manley and her husband Jack; 10 great grandchildren; friend and caregiver, Doris Rodriguez; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Leah Collette; brothers, Lyle and Edward Collette; a sister, Rose Collette; her first husband, Lester Rosendahl in 1942, and her husband, Lee Ingwerson in 1992.
