Diana L. Wehr passed away August 1, 2018 at the age of 77 years old.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 12538 US Highway 26, Riverton, WY on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 3:30 pm.
She loved being a grandma to 4 grandchildren and great grandma to 11 great grandchildren, along with collecting owls and lighthouses.
She loved her dog, Sparky, and watching for the return of her hummingbirds every year in the early summer. She also loved watching old westerns.
She worked as a crossing guard in her early years as well as a meat cutter at the local grocery store in Syracuse, NY. Then she was a cocktail waitress and bartender for several clubs in Syracuse, NY and Houston, TX.
She was born in Syracuse, NY July 27, 1941. In 1980 she moved to Houston, TX and then in 2012 she moved to Riverton, WY to be closer to family.
She had two sons, Paul C. Wehr and James M. Wehr.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Elenore Tripp and father, Charles Tripp; brother, Chuck Tripp; sister, Sandy Kline; and the love of her life, Don Davenport.
Diana was a special person that will be missed by everyone that ever knew her.
