Charlene Yellowfox, 53 of Riverton passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Friday, December 14, 2018, at Great Plains Hall. The funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Great Plains Hall with burial to follow at St. Michaels’ Cemetery.
Charlene Rose C’Hair was born in Riverton, WY on June 1, 1965 to Louis C’Hair and Yvonne Amos. She grew up in the Arapahoe area.
She was baptized into the Episcopal faith and was a member of St. Michaels’ Mission.
In 1985 she married Charlo Sammie Yellowfox, he preceded her in death.
She worked doing laundry at the Wind River Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Riverton.
She enjoyed music, walks, softball, and gambling.
She is survived by her mother, Yvonne Amos; sons, Louis Yellowfox, Charlo Yellowfox, Jr., and Blaine Yellowfox, Sr.; daughters, Emmaline Yellowfox and Anastasia Yellowfox; brothers, Frances Amos, Charles C’Hair and Julian C’Hair; sisters, Muriel C’Hair and Willamette Surrell; and twenty one grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis C’Hair; husband, Charlo Yellowfox; and two grandsons.
