A Memorial service for Dorothy Ann Lucille Weber, 70, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 30th at the Riverton Kingdom Hall, 170 West Mountain View Dr., Riverton, WY. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Dorothy passed away on March 9, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at her home in Riverton, WY.
She was born on June 28, 1948, in Rawlins, Wyoming, daughter of Alfonso and Petra (Romero) Arguello. Dorothy was raised in Rawlins and became childhood friends with her future husband before graduating from Rawlins High School.
On September 27, 1980, Dorothy married her sweetheart, Fred Weber in Shoshoni, Wyoming. They raised their family in Shoshoni before moving to Colorado. They remained in Colorado until 2004, when they moved to Riverton where they remained. Throughout her life, Dorothy worked in daycare, as a seamstress, in the meat department at the grocery store and worked in custodial position.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Henry Weber, Sr. of Riverton; sons, Fred ( Mellissa) Weber, Jr. of Colorado, Frank (Rebecca) Weber of Wyoming, and Steve (Tracy) Weber; self-claimed children, Adrian Tolentino, Martin Fregia, Joshua “Blue Boy” Tapp and Selina Rodrigues; brothers, Ray Arguello and Barney Arguello; sisters, Pauline Sisneros, Esther Vasquez, Ethel Holdaway, Debra Wood, Mackie Schneider and Deedee Macey; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Weber was preceded in death by her mom, Petra Gonzales; dad, Andy Gonzales; father, Alfonso Arguello; grandpa, Jose Romero; sister, Mabel Duran; brother, Tommy Argello; 3 month old infant sister, Alice Arguello.
