Graveside services for Robert “Rusty” Moede, 72, will be held at 2:00 p.m.Friday, December 4, 2020 at Mountain View Cemetery. Military honor's will be presented.
Mr. Moede passed away on November 22, 2020 at SageWest Hospital in Riverton, WY.
He was born on April 23, 1948 in Santa Anna, California, son of Jay A. and Betty Lou (Noble) Moede. Rusty spent time in living in Laramie and Medicine Bow before settling in Riverton in 2010. Rusty worked as a truck driver but spent 30+ years in the construction industry.
In January of 1973, Rusty married Vanessa at Mount Herman, Santa Cruz, California.
Rusty was a member of the Point Man International Ministries, lifetime member of the Riverton VFW as well as the NRA. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and especially working with and rescuing dogs.
Survivors include his son, Kern Moede of Laramie; daughter, Jane Moede of Riverton; sister, Susie Moede of Laramie.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
