Graveside services for Gary S. “Rock” C’Hair, 68, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery. A wake will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 15th at 126 Sagebrush Loop in Beaver Creek. The family requests all Covid-19 precautions are followed including wearing a mask and social distancing. Due to these guidelines, a “to go plate” will be offered at 126 Sagebrush Loop after the graveside services.

Mr. C’Hair passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at St. Vincent’s Healthcare in Billings, Montana.

Gary was born on December 20, 1951 at the Riverton Hospital in Riverton, Wyoming, son of John “Iceman” C’Hair, Sr. and Ameilia “Nina” (Hardman) C’Hair.

He attended school at St. Stephens Catholic School and was the Basketball manager for the Eagles. In his younger days, Gary played baseball and basketball for the Bonsell Raiders. Young Gary enjoyed taking trips in the summer to Oklahoma with Bill Ould and Gertie Dresser. Whenever he could attend his grandsons’ basketball games, Gary would always cheer them on. He was an avid fan of the Raiders football team. Mr. C’Hair enjoyed going to the casino even if it was to just visit and get a Pepsi, but he never missed his favorite day, “Senior Tuesdays”.

Survivors include his brothers, John C’Hair, Jr., Mitchell C’Hair, Sr. and family, Alex LeClair, Jude C’Hair, Porky C’Hair and David C’Hair; sisters, Vera C’Hair and family, Rochelle C’Hair and family, Julie Quiver Whiteman and Sharon “Shag” Bell; brother-in-law, Claude Duran, Sr. and family; Oklahoma nieces, Bea De La Garza, Eshie LeClair and Kerri LeClair; granddaughter, Brandi Moss and sons; nephew, Christopher “Topher” C’Hair, Sr.; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandkids and great grandkids. C’Hair, Eagles, LeClair, Williams, Urevich, Moss, Duran, and Shakespear families. Sorry if we forgot anyone, just remember he loved you all.

Mr. C’Hair was preceded in death by his parents, John “Iceman” C’Hair, Sr. and Amelia “Nina” (Hardman) C’Hair; grandparents, Xavier and Fanny Iceman, Corneilius and Cordelia Hardman; siblings, Wilma Rose Moss, Mary Duran, Alberta Duran, Dawn Marie, Sophie Louise, Cordelia C’Hair, Louise C’Hair, Tyrone C’Hair, Simon Eagle, Bobby C’Hair; nephews, Mitchell Moss, Mitchell C’Hair, Jr., Neil C’Hair, Shado Duran, Dakotah Duran, Jerry C’Hair; niece, Johnna Moss; grandson,Bradley Moss and special friend, Juanita Broken Leg.
