David 'Dave' Crawford, II

David "Dave" Crawford, II

Dec 2, 1952 - Dec 31, 2020
David “Dave” Crawford, II, Thursday, December 31, 2020, went to hold account before a savior God. No services are scheduled at this time.

David Joseph Crawford, II was born on December 2, 1952 in Pipestone, MN to David Crawford II and Marlys Joy (Melcher) Crawford. He grew up and attended school in Pipestone, MN.

He was a contractor in the construction industry.

Dave enjoyed guitar, music, fishing, and above all spending time with his grandchildren. Dave was an extremely loving grandfather. In the greatest way surpassing the expectations of all who observed his interaction close in person or great distances. Dave was a good grandfather whom was very proud of his children, and through those relationships grew closer to Jesus Christ.

The family knows and believe Dave would think it appropriate to share what they believed he came to understand about salvation through Christ, Ephesians 2:8-9 8) For it is grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves. 9) It is the gift of God. Not by works, so that no one can boast. We are unworthy because of sin. Yet Jesus Christ paid the price because of LOVE.

Roman 10:9 Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in you heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We should not shed tears of sadness for Dave, rather tears of joyful praise. We know Dave Joseph Crawford, II is in complete awe of JESUS CHRISTS LOVING CRACE!

He is survived by his mother, Marlys Crawford; son, Brad Crawford; daughters, Ashley Crawford and Jennifer “Jenny” Crawford; brothers, Bill Crawford, Scott (Lori) Crawford, and Jeff Crawford; and five grandchildren, Cayne, Kiara, Airrabella, Elyssabeth and Joseph.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Crawford, I
