Elizabeth Carol Arthur, 63, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Denter in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 24, 2021 at Davis Funeral Home in Riverton. Burial will follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.
