Alissa Laine Oldman, 18, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming.
A wake will be 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Felter residence, 1669 17 Mile Road. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Riverton on Elizabeth Drive. Burial will follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery in St. Stephens, Wyoming.
Alissa Oldman was born on February 5, 2003 in Lander, Wyoming, daughter of Ernest Oldman and Rachel Felter.
She attended High School at St. Stephens Indian High School, Sherman High School and Eagle Butte High School.
Alissa was a caregiver to family members especially to her nieces and nephews she adored so much!
Her family said that Alissa was a loving and caring and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved working on her beading projects and she was extremely talented on every hobby she tried. She loved listening to music and dancing. She always put her family first and especially loved taking care of her nieces and nephews. Above all she was a humble person who cared a lot about her friends and family.
Survivors include her mother, Rachel Felter; brothers, Blaine Oldman, Arvin Felter, Ernest Oldman, Jr., Quentin Oldman, Quadian Oldman, Marcus Oldman and Jeremy Oldman; sisters, Priscilla Longhair, Jewell Felter, Larissa Oldman, Ernestine Oldman, LaTonya Bell and Alexis Bell; uncles, Arvin Felter Jr., Howard Felter, Steven Oldman, Sr. of Harbor Springs, MI, Virgil Oldman, Curtis Oldman and Steven Oldman, of Alabama; aunties, Vanessa Burguess and family, Carlita Littlebird and family of Bismarck, N.D., Jewell Felter and family, Gearldine Felter and family, Sherry Chavez and family, Valerie Friday and family, Luella Monroe and family, Terry Teran and family, Pamela Six Feathers and family, Benita Smith and family, and Lou Oldman and family; nephews, Blaine Oldman, Jr., Austin Warren, Nyne Abdur-Rasheed, Terrance Oldman; nieces, Vivian Thompson, Olivia Oldman, Ariah Felter, Rachel Oldman, Lelilia Longhair, Tristan Her Many Horses, grandparents, Wayne and Connie Brown and numerous cousins.
