Ardist “Ardie” L. Steinbronn, 61, of Riverton passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, Montana. A Memorial Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the St. Margaret’s Catholic Church with Father Andrew Duncan officiating.
Ardist Leona Letner was born in Gravette, Arkansas, on October 25, 1960 to Henry and Flossie (Goff) Letner. She grew up and attended schools in Bentonville, Arkansas and Columbus, Kansas. She lived in Wichita, KS for 15 years, Colorado for 8 years, Gillette for four years and Riverton since 2010. She married Michael C. Steinbronn on November 27, 1985 in Miami, Oklahoma.
Ardie loved reading books, watching movies, going to the senior center and traveling with her husband in the United States and Canada. She was a faithful member of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband Mike Steinbronn of Riverton; her two daughters Chasity Cook and husband David of Wichita, KS and her daughter, Bella; Leslie Channer and her two sons Tanner and Daniel; Daniel’s two children Dominick and Ryder; brothers, Al Letner and Randy Letner; sisters, Arlen Peterson and Lori Letner; sisters-in law, Linda Myers and Kim Cain.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Flossie Letner.
Memorials may be made to the Paws for Life Animal Shelter in care of the Davis Funeral Home, 2203 W. Main Street, Riverton, WY 82501.
