A Memorial service for Debra Ruth Penney, 62, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Davis Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be held in Dubois Cemetery, Dubois, WY. Memorial contributions may be made to C.E.S. in care of Davis Funeral Home.
Miss Penney passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at her home in Riverton, Wyoming.
Debbie was born on July 2, 1959, daughter of Roger and Doris (Slauson) Penney in Iola, Wisconsin.
She was a client of the Community Entry Services and enjoyed participating in many of the activities with her friends. Her C.E.S. family had always remained loving and kind to her.
Survivors include her sister, Nancy Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Doris Penney; brothers, Keith, Ron and Jerry Penney:and step-mother, Elsie Penney.
