RAMONA C. BOSHARD, 74, of Riverton died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at her home.
Ramona was born January 9, 1935 in Heber City, Utah to Miles E. and Tillie (Allison) Clyde. She grew up and attended school in the Heber Valley. Ramona married Jay Boshard on November 9, 1955 in Elko, Nevada. Two weeks after they were married they moved to Bremerton, Washington where Jay was on Shore Duty. They lived in Washington for two years when he was transferred to Sacramento, CA then to Riverton in 1959 when Jay was medically discharged.
Mrs. Boshard enjoyed working in her yard and garden. Ramona and Jay also enjoyed her grandchildren and doing outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing in their younger years.
Ramona is survived by her son Andrew J. Boshard, Vernal, UT; Daughter, Clara Ann and her husband Gary Kuhn, Riverton; Grandchildren, Michele and Brian Smith, Battle Mt., NV, Jennifer Jahner, Riverton, Samantha Kuhn, Riverton, Ashley Taylor Boshard, Riverton, and Emme Kay Boshard, Vernal; Sister, Dona Anderson, Riverton; Sister-in-Law, Ann Clyde.
She is preceded in death by her husband in June of 2001, her parents, and three brothers, Allen, Jack, and Lynn.
No services will be held according to Ramona’s wishes.
