Longtime Riverton resident Marjorie "Peg" Rossman, 85, died Saturday, May 9, 2009, after a long illness.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton.
Marjorie Rossman was born on Aug. 29, 1923, in Greeley, Colo., the daughter of Fred Deubach and Grace (Cheney) Deubach. She attended school in Greeley, Colo.
She was married on Feb. 21, 1941, in Kimball, Neb., to Ruben Rossman., who owned and operated Wind River Ready Mix Concrete Co. in Riverton for many years.
Mrs. Rossman was a homemaker and also worked briefly for School District 25.
She was a member of the Eagles, and her family said she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and watching biographies.
Mrs. Rossman is survived by her son, Dennis Lee Rossman of North Ft. Myers, Fla.; her daughter, Marlene Marie Keralis of Riverton; two grandchildren, Diahn Martins of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Erin Rossman of Cheyenne; four great-grandchildren, Katie, Daniel, Maggie, and Grant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben, four sisters, three brothers, and one grandson, Justin Riewe.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
