Funeral services for Lindsay M. Larson will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton, Wyoming.

Lindsay M. Larson joined our Lord and Savior on July 9, 2024, due to natural causes.  He was 44 years old.

He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah at St. Mark’s Hospital on the 28th of March 1980 to Kyle M. and Nancy H. Larson. He was the 4th of five children. He was the only child with auburn hair. Lindsay was baptized as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He moved to Riverton, Wy with his family in 1986, when his father accepted a job as the Acid Plant Manager for Chemical Marketing Services. Lindsay graduated from Riverton High School in 1999. He won awards in FBLA and Speech and Debate.

Lindsay enjoyed listening to music and truly loved all kinds of foods, knowing where to find their origin worldwide and the best way to enjoy them. He was an avid video game lover and dedicated many quarters to the Smith’s arcade machines as a child before game consoles were readily available.  He was exceptionally well-read and had a photographic memory displaying his genius.  Lindsay loved to fish and invented a special “Hurricane Fishing Cast,” which had a high tendency to land in a tree. He loved family gatherings and trips. He was especially fond of the annual trips to Yellowstone National Park.

All who knew Lindsay, commented on his patience and his kindness. He was a gentle giant who was always willing to help with whatever was asked without complaint.  He worked at the Riverton Aquatic Center, where he had many friends who had been swimming for a number of years. He was a bus aide, and his favorite job was direct support specialist at Community Entry Services, where his kindness and patience were exemplified.

He is survived by his parents, Kyle and Nancy Larson of Riverton; his brother, C. Dean Larson of Arlington, Texas, and his sons, Zach, Zander, and Kale Larson; his sister, Anne and her husband Gary Nez; and their children, Brayden, Mackenzie, Landen and Jaxden Nez of Riverton, and his sister, Michelle Larson and her son, Ethan Schroeder of Riverton.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ralph E. Homann and Noradeane Homann; paternal grandparents, J. Marvin Larson and Edna G Larson; and sister Lisa Lucille Larson.
