Louis Addison, 30, of Fort Washakie, Wyoming passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024, at 38 Plunkett Field Road.  A prayer service will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 25 Great Plains Road, Wayne Addison Residence starting at 5:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 6, 2024, at Great Plains Hall with burial to follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.

 

Louis “Lou-Crew” Dexter Addison was born in Billings, Montana on December 13, 1993 to Burt Mark Addison and Bernice (ThreeFingers) Addison.  He attended St. Stephen’s Indian High School where he participated in basketball, track, and cross country. His Indian name was Lone Elk.

 

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

 

Louis lived his whole life in Wyoming, but traveled for visits a lot to Montana to see all his family. Whom he loved very much. He worked at the casinos for a long time in the entertainment department. He really enjoyed his job.

 

“Lou-Crew” favorite thing was running, being goofy, telling jokes, and loved to laugh. He enjoyed spending time in the mountains. His favorite NFL team was the New England Patriots, and his favorite college football team was Alabama Crimson Tide. He enjoyed all types of music and participated in ceremonial sweats. Family was very important he took care of his parents; he loved all his nieces and nephews. He had his struggles and we are at a loss, we are heartbroken. He was an amazing man.

 

He is survived by his parents, Burt Addison, Jr. and Bernice Addison; sister, Katie Addison and her significant other, Anslem Lee, Jr., Jade and Jackie ThreeFingers; uncles, Wayne Addison, Sr., John, Judas, Anthony Three Fingers, Sr., Clyde Redwoman, Larry and Gary Bartlett, Richard Addison, Sr.; nieces, Lila Brown, Kambree Guina, and Kenzie Guina; nephews, Kasey G. Lee and Jevon Alexander ThreeFingers; brother, Alexander ThreeFingers; aunts, Michelle (Lynwood) Ewing, Joyce ThreeFingers, Rebekah Blackwolf, Joleen ThreeFingers, Kim Spang, Suzanna Frazier, E; cousins, Jade Ewing and Jackie ThreeFingers; half-sisters, Susana Frazier, Ester Blackcrow, and Many Ann Whiteman; half-brother, Richard Addison, Sr.

 

He was proceeded in death by his great grandparents, Lucy and William ThreeFingers; grandparents, Katie ThreeFingers, Alice Bartlett and Frank Whiteman, Francis Hardground, Jack ThreeFingers, Paul Stevenson, Sr., Joseph ThreeFingers, Sr., Martha Delores Addison-Washington and Burt Addison, Sr.; uncles, Curtis Addison, Albert Addison, Sr., Raymond Addison, Hiram Addison, Sr., Joseph ThreeFingers, Sr., Paul ThreeFingers, Oliver Addison, Sr.; Aunts, Wanda Mae Addison, Iris ThreeFingers, Justina and Judy ThreeFingers, Lorraine Addison, Katherine Addison and Alice ThreeFingers; Sister, Diane Eagle and Tina ThreeFingers; brother, Burt Mark Addison, III; cousins, Kristine Addison, Pamela Addison, and Marcella Addison.
