Graveside services for Kelly Ray Humphries, 61, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Humphries passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at SageWest Hospital in Riverton, Wyoming.
Kelly was born in January 28, 1963, son of James “Jim” H. and Cora J. (Partridge) Humphries in Riverton, Wyoming. He grew up and graduated from Riverton High School with the class of 1981.
Throughout Kelly’s life, he worked as a truck driver in Fremont County and throughout Wyoming.
During his spare time, Kelly enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and snowmobiling as well as working on trucks and was a skilled painter on older vehicles. Kelly took pride in all of his trucks, especially his big maroon jacked up truck; as he believed the louder and brighter the better.
Kelly will be remembered for his dedication to his kids and grandkids, dependably present for all their sports and activities. He had a magnetic personality, always the jokester that was fun to be around.
Survivors include his son, Zane and his wife, Kaylee Humphries; daughters, Becky and her husband, Brian Brower and Jessicca Gordon and her significant other, Zeb Clark; brother, Kelvin and his wife, Annette Humphries; grandchildren, Breanna and Brady Brower, Lyric, Aspen and Riley Gordon, Maizee, Emerie and Bowdie Humphries; and his loving dog, Boo Boo who will be taking the journey with him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Cora Humphries, son-in-law, Scotty C. Gordon and his nephew, Jessie Humphries.
