Margery "Marge" Moser

Margery “Marge” Moser, 73, of Dubois, Wyoming passed away at her home on Monday, October 7, 2024. Graveside services will be held at the Dubois Cemetery on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 10:00 am.

 

Margery F. DeSpain was born January 30, 1951 in Burnet, Texas to Oliver Ratliff and Edna (Wilkes) DeSpain. She grew up in Smithwick, Texas and graduated high school Marble Falls, Texas.

 

Marge grew up as a member of the Church of Christ.

 

While Marge was in high school, she started working for the local newspaper as a sports writer and photographer, she worked there for many years . She moved to Wyoming over thirty-six years ago and worked at a local café and the local grocery store. She also worked at the Dubois Golf Course for a while.

 

On May 10, 2008 at Dennison Lodge in Dubois she married Ronald J. Moser.

 

Marge enjoyed all types of sports, playing cards, and visiting the casinos. Above all she loved spending time and being with her friends.

 

She is survived by her brother, George Henry DeSpain and wife, Modena of Marble Falls, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver Ratliff and Edna DeSpain, husband, Ronald J. Moser; siblings, Winona Willette, Billy Joe, Jessie Lee, Charlie Bess Laake.
