Carlos L. Harris, 84, of Riverton, Wyoming passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Casper, Wyoming.
On June 7, 1959 he married Lucy Martinez in Lander. The couple spent 54 years together and they had three children, Gary, Tania, and Jace.
Carlos was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith.
