Kelly Maureen Ryan Balcorta, 59, of Riverton, Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at her home. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024, at Mountain View Cemetery in the family plot. Memorial contributions may be made to the PAWS For Life in care of Davis Funeral Home.
Kelly was born on March 19, 1965, in Rawlins, Wyoming, and was lovingly adopted by Donald Ferns and Barbara Ann Bateman Ryan.
She will be remembered for her kindness, gentleness and intelligence as well as her beautiful singing voice and her artistic talent. She was skilled in pen and ink drawings, calligraphy and oil paintings. Kelly was a devoted single mother for many years, sacrificing so much to put her children first. She had a deep love for animals and cared for them dearly.
Kelly is survived by her children, Tyler Stebar, Devin Stebar, and Erik Inglet; her sister, Mari Anne (Loren) Skoyen; her niece, Brooke (Jesse) Gillespie and their daughter, Scout, and Allison (Kyle) Evans; as well as her cousins, Cathy (Jim) Tiller and family, Nancy (Lawren) Green and family, Jim (Sherri) Haynes, and Buffie Holley.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Don and Barbara Ryan.
