Celebration of Life
Kenneth John Webber, 91, went to be with Jesus and his eight siblings on December 9, 2024, after an overnight stay at Help for Health Hospice. A celebration of life is planned for March 8, 2025 from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm at the REACH Clubhouse.
Born March 7, 1933, in the small mining community of Caspian Michigan to Andrew Webber and Mary (Marinello) Webber. Ken graduated from Stambaugh High School. Before attending Michigan Tech University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering and Architecture. Ken proudly served in the Army National Guard from 1954-1957.
Kenneth married DeAnna (Sides) Webber from Farmington Missouri in Riverton May 1960. They spent 64 years of life together building family and community. Together they had three children, Michelle Lynn, Michelle Diane, and Todd Duane. Kenneth spent his career in various aspects of the mineral industry, had multiple business interests and designed a good number of the buildings in the Riverton area including several of the family homes.
Ken had a servant’s heart that, combined with his love of sports, led to fifteen years of coaching different levels of baseball. Many still refer to him as “Coach”. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and proud “owner” with one share of stock. Ken’s other passion was care of the elderly which resulted in the investment of 50 plus years of his life into the REACH foundation. He cherished all his cronies from the 3 o’clock coffee clutches and Saturday morning breakfasts.
He was preceded in death by his parents Andrew Webber, Mary Webber. Siblings; Walter, Verna Webber-Daniels, Homer, Bobby, Andrew (Ray), Donald, Jean Webber-Gallup & Billy. Daughter Michelle Lynn Webber.
He is survived by his loving wife DeAnna, Daughter Michelle Dolbow & husband Vince, Son Todd Webber and wife Debbie. Grandchildren, Chloe Webber-Williams, Marley Webber, Anthony (Vinnie) Dolbow & Andrea Dolbow.
