Jo-Ann K. Huntley, a half year resident of Riverton, died in Simi Valley Calif. on Monday, Sept. 21, 2009. She was 72.
Services were held in Simi Valley. A memorial service will be Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the Mountain View Cemetery.
Jo-Ann Kathleen was born on Oct. 2, 1936 in Rapid City S.D. She was graduated from Riverton High School in 1955.
On Jan. 22, 1960, she married Donald Huntley, also a graduate of RivertonHigh School.
She alternated her residences between Riverton and California.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Donald Huntley; daughter Holly Huntley of Marysville Wash.; step-daughter, Kathy Huntley of El Paso Texas; daughter-in-law, Tauna Huntley of Fort Worth Texas; son, Ronald Huntley and his wife Ruth Huntley of Centreville, Virginia; son, Robert Huntley and his wife Coreen Huntley of Valencia, Calif.; grandchildren, Michael Huntley andhis wife Lindsay Huntley of Fort Worth, Texas, Lerin Huntley of Fort Worth, Kathrine Callahan and her Husband Joshua Callahan of Colorado Springs, Colo., Karole Huntley of Conway, Ark., Valerie Huntley of Valencia, Calif.,Kristin of Valencia, Chelsea of Valencia; great grandchildren, Connor Callahan and Camron Callahan of Colorado Springs Colo.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael, who died on Jan. 16, 2007.
