Memorial Service
Robert “Bobby” Dale Hague, 67, of Riverton, Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Help for Health Hospice Home in Riverton.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Fremont Center at the Riverton Fair Grounds.
Bobby was born on June 28, 1957, in Miller, South Dakota, to Robert “Bob” Gerald and Diane Kay (Davis) Hague. In 1966, his family moved to Riverton, where he made it his forever home. Bobby had a strong faith in the Lord and was devoted to living by his beliefs.
He graduated from Riverton High School with the Class of 1975. On June 4, 1977, he married Colleen (Peterson) Renner, and together they had a son, Reggie. The couple later divorced, and for over 20 years, Bobby shared his life with his beloved partner, Vicki Hinkle.
Bobby began his career working alongside his father and brothers at Norris Ford. In 1981, they established Hague Auto Body Inc., a respected family business that continues to thrive today.
Bobby was an active and dedicated member of the Riverton Lodge #1693 of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (B.P.O.E.). He served through all of the officer chairs, becoming a Past Exalted Ruler of the Riverton Lodge and Past District Deputy for the state of Wyoming. He held every officer position in the Wyoming State Elks Association, eventually becoming the youngest State President in Wyoming’s history. He was also honored as Elk of the Year. Bobby contributed tirelessly to the Elks' charitable efforts, including organizing and participating in events such as the Super Bowl Ride, Hoop Shoot, Elks Angels, Charitable Baskets, the Catch a Calf Program, among many others.
In addition to his involvement with the Elks, Bobby was committed to civic service. He was also a Shriner, served several terms as President of the Fremont County Recreation Board and helped with the annual Fireman’s Banquet Breakfast.
Bobby had a passion for the outdoors and lived life to the fullest. He cherished time at the cabin, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling—including competing in the famous Hill Climb in Jackson—boating, waterskiing and whitewater rafting. He also built demolition cars, participating in local derbies, and loved riding ATVs on the Rails to Trails.
Bobby is survived by his son, Reggie Hague and his wife, Charine, and their children, Rawlins and Violet; Nathan Renner and his wife, Sarah, and their children, Axton and Kennedy; his partner, Vicki Hinkle, and her son, Josh Wempen, and his children, Kallie and Luke; brothers, Randy Hague and Mike Hague and his wife, Diana; sisters, Cindy Martin and her husband, Will, and Vicky Combes and her husband, Jeff; ex-wife Colleen Renner; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
