Funeral services for Tammy S. Monroe are at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Blackburn residence, 50 Miller Lane, Arapahoe. Interment will follow at the Blackburn Cemetery.
A wake will be held Wednesday evening, Feb. 9, also at the Blackburn residence.
Ms. Monroe died on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011 at the Deaconess Hospital in Billings, Mont. She was 43.
Tammy Sue Monroe was born on Sept. 14, 1967, in Riverton, the daughter of Dennis Dale and Marcine Sherry (Hypine) Monroe.
Her family described Ms. Monroe, as "a free spirit who enjoyed life wherever she was."
She is survived by her sons, Bryce Lonewolf, Sr. of Lamedeer, Mont., Starr D. Miller of Arapahoe, Stormy and Lakota; daughter, Kasia M. Monroe of Arapahoe; four grandchildren, Bryce Jr., O'Shaun, Harmony, and Clint James; the families of Blackburn, Highpine, Knows His Gun, Monroe, Brown, Bushyhead, O'Brien, Small, and Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and brother, Nathan Neal Monroe.
