Funeral services for Geena J. Oldman of Hudson will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug 11, at the St. Stephen's Catholic Church south of Riverton. The Rev. Fathers Dan Gannon and Robert Hilbert will officiate.
Interment will follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery at St. Stephen's.
A viewing will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at 140 Oklahoma Street in Hudson. There will be a rosary at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at St. Stephen's.
Geena died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007, as the result of a four-wheeler accident in Hudson. She was 13 years old. She would have been a ninth grader in the Lander schools this fall.
Geena Juanita Oldman was born in Lander on Aug. 22, 1993, the daughter of Lawrence Joseph Oldman, Jr., and Betty Lou Gustin.
She lived in Hudson with her sister Toshina and mother Betty Lou, and attended North Elementary and Starrett Junior High Schools in Lander.
Her family said Miss Oldman enjoyed riding four-wheelers, hanging out with her friends, riding horses, going to the movies and demolition derbies, going shopping with her grandmother, and eating Chinese food.
She is survived by her mother, Betty Lou Gustin; father, Lawrence "Larry" Oldman; brothers, Rueben Oldman, Brandon Brown, and Larry Oldman III; sisters, Toshina Oldman, Susan Elizabeth Oldman, Vanessa Warren, Jarlyn, Leighanna, Josita, and Lorretta Oldman; grandparents, Donna and Ron Leiting, Rueben Jenkins, Wayne Brown, Flossie Brown, Raymond Addison, Sr., Eva Mead, Grace and Earl Osborne, Sophie Lavador, Viola Wanstall, and Buddy Oldman; uncles, Robert, Billy, and Tommy Gustin and their spouses, Steven, Virgil, Tater, Stevie, and Curtis Oldman, Darrel Smith, Sr., Erwin Teran, Shane Montoya, Mike Jenkins, and Arthur Hernandez; aunts, Jeanetta Morris, Junie, Bunny, Lou, Cookie, Nellie, and Pam Oldman, and Benita Smith.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Tom Gustin, Bob Reddon, Larry and Maria Oldman, Rosaline Addison, and Tommy Oldman; great grandparents, Asa and Myra Dorothy Brown, and Barney and Virginia Oldman; uncle, Marky Oldman; cousins, Terri Jean Bell and Mathew Russell Oldman, Sr.; nephews, Donavan Blackburn and Joshua Dewey.
