I've been privileged to meet Dona a couple of times while taking photos of Karen't dog Bella at competitions. When I've met her, I instantly saw where Karen got her energy and spunk. What a special woman Dona was. My heart and good positive thoughts and prayers go out to Dona's family at this time. Remember the great times you had with your mother and wife, which will help you through the difficult times. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Dona, Karen could not possibly be the fantastic lady she is without having had a wonderful mom. I hope you share many wonderful memories at the service tomorrow and in the difficult days ahead.

Donna was a beautiful and caring person. She always looked for the best in people. I never heard her criticize or speak negative of anyone.
She will be missed by many. God Bless her family and may he give them the strength they will need at this time.

I am so sorry for your loss! The Lord needed a special Angel when He called Donna home. She was a very wonderful lady. Dr. Macon I know you will miss Donna greatly. Keep your quiet smile and wonderful personality. My family and I are praying for you and your family.

I am so sorry that Dona has passed on. I am going to miss her sweet voice when she calles to inquire about a question or her doctor here at the University of Utah. She was such a wonderful person to talk to and it hurts me to see that she has gone. Her family is in my prayers.
