Thompson family,

Words cannot express the pain I feel for you from the loss of your beloved husband, father and grandfather. Throughout my childhood I grew up with and felt like another part of your family, so please know the loss I feel with all of you.

Mr. T was an extremely funny man who was a lot of fun to be around. I will never forget his booming laugh, which was always the loudest at the end of his own stories and jokes! I am sure he has already found a group of friends in Heaven and is regaling them with his humor and tall tales at this moment.

Thanks, Mr. T for all the great memories of the time I spent with you and your family. Godspeed my friend.

Dick and Alice were like a second set of parents to me. My first memory was a ride home from movies with my good friend Alex. From that moment on, I knew he was no ordinary, boring, parent. He was always joking around and making us laugh at every opportunity. His kind smile and love for his kids and grandkids was ever present along with his love of telling the tall tale (when I first met him, I really did think he might be Santa Claus). He will be sorely missed by all.

My most sincere and heartfelt condolences to the whole Thompson family. Your Dad was always very kind to me and made me feel like one of the family.

My sincere condolences to the Thompson family for your loss. Mr. Thompson was like a second dad to me and I tried to never miss a visit to see him and Alice when visiting home. He always made me feel so special and yes, laugh often. What an incredibly generous and genuine man. My father has so many memories of him walking into the annual gun show and being such a good fellow. I'm very thankful my dad was able to attend the services for the both of us and wish I could have been there. It will be so different to visit their home this Christmas and not hear my favorite words- "Ginny Winchester." I will give Alice an extra big hug and love. I am so sorry and my heart goes out to Mr. Thompson's special family.
