I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know your Steve Mincey,,,but my father,,Steve Mincey passed away on September 6th 2013. His father was Julius Harold Mincey from Swainsboro GA. Who knew the likelihood that two wonderful loving fathers named Steve Mincey walked this earth. May his spirit live on in his son as my fathers lives on in mine and my brother's heart.
