Shaklee, Alan D.
My deepest sympathies.....he was a good man. I was privileged to know Alan and consider him a friend. He had a good heart and always had a kind word. He was a joy to be around and will be missed tremendously.
Scott Fabricus - 12/31/2007Dale, Dee and Megan: It was a pleasure knowing Alan, he was a great person. I shudder to think of all the abuse, and torment he endured from Sami and Megan. Yet as a great big brother, he always handled them with a smile and a good attitude. I will always be greatful for the gentle way he treated Sami, especially since she was not his sister. Thank you for sharing Alan with us. We will miss him greatly. Love Lynne LaRose

feel sorry for itself.
A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough
without ever having felt sorry for itself. he never was one 4 dramatics. He lived he died. That’s wat HE will remember, let us not think other. To be in the situation that he was is to be a hero in a way. Give him a star and let him go. That is wat he would want.
I love you all as if you were family. he will always be in my heart.
We are sorry for your loss, Allen, was a great person in so many ways!!! He will be sadly missed!! Our prayers are with you and your family in this time of need!! Jerry Hinkle and his family.
Jerry & Racque Hinkle - 1/3/2008Dale, Dee, Megan, and Family,
My heart, prayers and thoughts are with your family during this time of grief. I always loved hearing Alan's laugh and seeing him grin. Scott and I are blessed to have known Alan. You have our deepest condolences.
Dale and Family,
My heartfealt condolences to your and your family in this sad time. Although I did not know Alan well, the few times I met him I was impressed by how it was obvious that he enjoyed life. He had a smile on his face and a spirit about him that made you feel good just being around him. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you deal with your grief, may God bless and comfort you.
I found out 30 minutes ago from Mike Lance that one of "our boys" had lost a tough match. Alan was special to me and even more special to Garret. Except for today Garret and I have never talked about Alan and not laughed or smiled. He has been and will remain a special memory for us.
I wish we could have been with you today to honor your sons memory and remind you how much he had meant to us as we watched him grow up on a wrestling mat.
Love the Edingtons
Dear Dale, Dee and Megan,
We were so sad this morning when my sister called us about Alan. All morning I have remembered Alan first as a little boy walking on to that wrestling mat looking back with that great smile; then remembering all of those wrestling road trips when he got older and yelling for him at his matches and then when he was driving truck to Jackson and how he would stop in to say hi. We loved him and will miss him. We wish we could be there to give you guys a hug. We are thinking of you and praying for you in these difficult days.

My love & prayers are with you all. I can't help but laugh through all these tears. The birthday cake ninja! I will never forget him, and will always be grateful to have shared childhood with such a sweet boy.
I love you all, Jana
Dale and family,
Words seem inadequate in this time of great loss but always know you remain in my thoughts and prayers.
