You were an inspiration and a source of great pride for me growing up. Your words of wisdom, the stories and jokes you often told will live on forever in my memory. I knew you as "Grandpa Dan", though you were no blood relative. Still you opened your heart and took me under your wing as if I were family. I will always love and miss you Grandpa.
